Hi Dave - Yes the turned out well. I also like the texture in the barn. I am starting to get a grip on this 'high dynamic range' photography. I brings a whole new look to subjects I have shot before and may have struggled with due to contrast limitations of the digital sensor. I plan to photography the NY skyline this way in early morning and evening light too. I think it will be pretty amazing.
