NYC

We took friends into New York City on Saturday for a bit of site seeing. I always enjoy seeing the sites of the city with fresh eyes. I get a chance to take some photos of the standard things you see and other times I just take what catches my eye. These are some of the standard NYC sights.

I wouldn't have had the top one down as a standard site! (Top in both senses of the word.)

Hi Carl - good to be here again viewing your very talented work. :)
That second photo is an excellent
perspective - like the play of shadows too.

Hi Janice - welcome back!!

Thanks. I like that shot of the empire state building as well.

I enjoyed seeing your fractals again. I tried a fractal program on my mac, but was not thrilled with the interface. I'll have to keep looking and find one.

I love the way you put it--what catches your eye AND the standard shots. Standard and your photos... that adjective doesn't work. WOW works for that top shot. I miss NYC. If you cannot walk well, for me, it just isn't a visit to NYC. so I can live vicariously through other's work!

Thanks Jeannette - I'll continue to post my NYC stuff when i am in the city so you can get a virtual visit. I know what you mean about walking and New York... It really is the best way to get around and see stuff.
