Went to the Heritage Museum today on Cape Cod. I had fun taking some photos of this 1927 LaSalle in the museums car collection. More photos from the museum and the Cape trip to follow. For now I am enjoying cape time with Wendy and our friends.
I drive by this old house daily on my way to work. Over the years it has started to look like the earth will swallow it whole one day. It was a perfect subject for infrared photography. Maybe I'll show you one of the color IR shots next.
All art shows start and end with a blank wall.... I was sad this morning to see the gallery back to blank walls ready for the next show that starts Thursday, but also happy and quite proud of my show Journeys. I met great new people and had fun talking art with the folks who visited. The Flywheel gallery is a great venue in a community that likes and supports its artists.
I look forward to my next solo show sometime in 2014. I wonder what cool stuff I will see and shoot for that show.
This is the final weekend of my show Journeys at the Piermont Flywheel Gallery. If you have not gotten to Piermont or it is too far away to travel to fear not! I am bringing the show to you or at least to your computer, tablet or smartphone! I have taken each of the images in the show and created a gallery of them on my website.
