More Images for Your Consideration

Hello Again fellow Artists,
Thank You all for your comments and support as I go through the process of narrowing down what 5 images to use to showcase my vision for portfolio submition for membership in the Cape Cod Art Association. Here are a few more I am considering. What are your thoughts?

Yay for Callas! They are beautiful and the photo captures their 'essence'.
If you really want todo a water pic, how about "Ice and Stream?" That is gorgeous. That is such an unusual image. Magical...

Make that 2 for callas although I really like the second one too because it has unopened flowers as well that are quite interesting in shape.

Hi-Ok. Callas will make the final cut. I'm still thinking about what to include. As the artist these choices are pretty tough. I have an emotional connection to the images. Of course I want to present the strongest 5 or 6 images so I am considering all the suggestions carefully. Really being liking the frozen water shots I have taken my lumps this week. The things we do fo our art! but the prtfolio will be stronger for it I am sure. Thanks again Carl.

Carl, They are all fantastic, but I think you should definatly add the first photo also. Beautiful. and if you would like to use the bluebird photo to paint I would be honored. Let me know how it goes. I would LOVE to see it!

Stacey,

Thanks it seems everyone agrees on the Callas. They will make the cut and replace at least one of the frozen water shots from the first series.

You know, while I've always loved the calla shot...it seemed so unlike the rest of your work. You have always liked things in nature, in their own setting, and this is such a formal shot. However, it is beautiful beyond words.

My favorite of the new collection is the mountain laurel.

Wenderina-

Yep that was Why the Calla was not there in the first place. I'll just have to pick my favs I guess. From a technical and an aesthetic standpoint I think they are all good enough.

Thanks for your thoughhts.
