Venice - ReImagined

Good friends of mine are back from a great trip to Italy.  Their excitement reminded me of our trip to Venice this past fall and I found myself reviewing the photos I took.  These are some that I did not edit in the first go around.  I found with some time that I liked them as much as my earlier favorites.  Venice is one of the best cities in the world to travel to with a camera.

Thanks Adrian! I am going to go back thru Florence and Rome again to see what I missed the first time.

It was already top of my "to visit" list. I moved it up a bit higher now, having seen these!

Beautifully "painted" reflections Carl! I love the paint on buildings and the dreaminess effect in the water...There is somthing quite lovely about that rust color that seems to make everything shine in these architectural scenes...excellent compositions as always, congrats and I am happy you went to Venice! Have a great week, Linda

@ Jenny - Thank You,

@ Linda - Thanks. I used HDR software to really pull out the reflections and the details in this series. I'm really pleased with the results.
