1927 LaSalle - Detail

Went to the Heritage Museum today on Cape Cod.  I had fun taking some photos of this 1927 LaSalle in the museums car collection.  More photos from the museum and the Cape trip to follow.  For now I am enjoying cape time with Wendy and our friends.

Old House - Goshen, NY

I drive by this old house daily on my way to work.  Over the years it has started to look like the earth will swallow it whole one day.  It was a perfect subject for infrared photography.  Maybe I'll show you one of the color IR shots next.

The Flywheel - Piermont NY

Taken one afternoon during my show at the gallery.  This flywheel from Piermont's bygone days is the namesake for the gallery.  It is a reminder of the towns industrial past.

It all starts and ends the same way...

All art shows start and end with a blank wall....  I was sad this morning to see the gallery back to blank walls ready for the next show that starts Thursday, but also happy and quite proud of my show Journeys.  I met great new people and had fun talking art with the folks who visited.  The Flywheel gallery is a great venue in a community that likes and supports its artists.

I look forward to my next solo show sometime in 2014.  I wonder what cool stuff I will see and shoot for that show.

Hello Friends
