All art shows start and end with a blank wall.... I was sad this morning to see the gallery back to blank walls ready for the next show that starts Thursday, but also happy and quite proud of my show Journeys. I met great new people and had fun talking art with the folks who visited. The Flywheel gallery is a great venue in a community that likes and supports its artists.
I look forward to my next solo show sometime in 2014. I wonder what cool stuff I will see and shoot for that show.

ReplyDeleteThe pieces are in storage this week. Next Friday some of the pieces from this show will go on display in the Ringwood Library for 6 weeks and I will bring some new work up to Cape Cod at the end of the month. This show really Re-affirmed that I want to spend the rest of my working life in the arts and showing in a gallery. I am not cut out for the corporate world.
