Paige Stoveland's - Bat Mitzvah

Our beautiful niece Paige

Paige with her Mom and Dad and big sister Mikayla

 Grandma and Grandpa with Paige

My Mom and dad (Hank and Pat)

While we were there Paige showed off her athletic side too playing softball.

Getting to Point Lobos and taking photos in Carmel was great.... but the real reason for our California trip was our Niece Paige's Bat Mitzvah.  She did and outstanding job and we are all so proud of her.  I can not believe how fast she and Mikayla are growing up.  They are both smart, beautiful, caring young women.  We are very proud of them both.

Family is what keeps us grounded and able to grow.

Keep Makin' Art! (and spend time with family)

What a beautiful family you have Carl...I love the soft light in your parents' photo, the two lights on the wall is wonderful...expressions on everyone's faces are priceless...great moments for you and your family....the perfect timing in your niece's awesome baseball pic, what talent you all have! Thanks so much for sharing, great work! Cheers, Linda

Hi Linda - Thank you. It was an awesome trip. I have to admit the shot of Paige swinging the bat is one out of about 4gb worth. I put the camera on high speed capture and snapped away until I got the shot i wanted. I just do not have the timing required to to snap one and get the perfect shot. I guess not enough pacman as a kid...

Victoria - Thanks!

Thanks Linda - Between the Family time Carmel / Point Lobos it was one of the best weeks ever. I don't have the timing for the shot of Paige's swing. I set the camera up for high speed capture and used about 4gb on her swing to get the perfect one, :-)

Dave - LOL. I'm no action photographer. I think I took 150 shots to get that one... I do like to take portraits and family makes it even better. There was a great event photographer taking photos so I could just take what I wanted in available light and not fuss with lights so I could just focus on my subjects.

Thanks for your confidence in me!
